- 50g butter/margarine
- 50g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 cake cases
decoration. Icing tubes, sprinkles etc
Glace icing - 100g Icing sugar, 1 tbsp water, colouring if required (alterntively add fruit puree)
Prize for the best Easter cakes!! :)
