Recipes for next week

Year 7 (O group ONLY) 18th March


Easter Cake


  • 50g self raising flour
  • 50g butter/margarine
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 6 cake cases
     decoration.  Icing tubes, sprinkles etc

Glace icing - 100g Icing sugar, 1 tbsp water, colouring if required (alterntively add fruit puree)

Prize for the best Easter cakes!! :)


Year 10 (A and B Group) 18th and 19th March

Easter Simnel Muffins

115g caster sugar
3tsp baking powder
150g marzipan, finely diced
55g flaked almonds
1 medium egg
200ml semi skimmed milk
115g sieved icing sugar
mini eggs
muffin cases
